How it works

You wear a button. If you fall, feel unwell, or need someone, you press it. An operator answers, talks with you, and dispatches the right help, whether that is a neighbor with a key or an ambulance. SRDA has operated the Lifeline franchise here for more than 30 years.

Who it helps most

People who live alone, people at risk of falls, and families who want to know that a parent living independently can always reach someone. It is the piece of the stay-independent strategy that works at 2 a.m.
