Housekeeping, chores, errands, and yard work by background-checked, insured SRDA staff, for people 50 and older. Fee-for-service, starting with a home visit.

Calls taken 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. A home visit establishes service.

What the staff can do

Homemaker services, weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., two-hour minimum:

Light housekeeping, bedding, and laundry.
Grocery shopping and errands.
Companion care and meal preparation.

Yard and minor upkeep, weekdays 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.:

Seasonal cleanup, mowing, trimming, and weeding.
Garage organizing and small painting jobs.
Changing filters and light bulbs.

Who it is for, and what it costs

The program serves people 50 and older. It is fee-for-service: you pay for the hours you use. Staff are background-checked and insured SRDA employees. Service starts with a home visit so the coordinator can see what you need.
